| Built in 1998, this jungle Paradise
was inspired by the glass pyramid at Moody Gardens in Galveston, Texas. The dichroic glass
shimmers from a deep cobalt blue to a lime green. Hidden behind the mahogany platform is a
compact disc stereo system. The speakers are behind the carved Mayan faces of the corners.
The piece measures 32" square x 32" high, and is mounted on a
"Rainforest" motif pedestal base giving it an overall height of about 5 ½ ft.
Over 100 butterflies flutter throughout the forest. It now resides in a private
collection. Click
